1.2 Our products are prepared in a home-based kitchen, which is not inspected or certified as a commercial facility.

2.1 Our kitchen handles common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and wheat.

3. Product Storage and Consumption

3.1 All edible items are perishable and must be stored according to the instructions provided on packaging or by Our staff.
3.2 We are not responsible for spoilage, degradation, or contamination resulting from improper handling, storage, or delayed consumption after delivery or pickup.
3.3 Products should be consumed within the recommended timeframe for optimal freshness and safety.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Orders are accepted subject to availability and must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without prior notice.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of ingredients.

5. Refunds and Returns

5.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
5.2 Refunds or replacements may be offered only in the event of verified errors or product damage prior to delivery or pickup.
5.3 Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the product, including photo evidence and order details.
5.4 We reserve the right to determine, at its discretion, whether a refund or replacement is warranted.

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

6.1 By purchasing and consuming Our products, you acknowledge that all items are homemade and not produced in a licensed commercial kitchen.
6.2 Our Urban Pantry shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, illnesses, injuries, or damages arising from the consumption, misuse, or improper handling of its products.
6.3 Customers consume all items at their own risk.

7. Product Availability

7.1 Our Urban Pantry operates on a limited, small-batch basis; product availability may vary depending on ingredient supply and seasonality.
